Réduit follows a pre-planned protocol to manage overweight and obesity.

With weekly consultations in a comprehensive way based on our medical treatment and a diet designed for any patient suffering from overweight or obesity, a very easy regime that can be supplied in any supermarket, which the patient will always have available in their app.

Daily exercise is recommended, or at least 5 times a week. As well as relevant recommendations described by the physician after a comprehensive assessment through an InBody analysis performed once a month.
